The 2024 Golden Globe Awards are scheduled for Sunday, January 7, from 8 to 11 p.m. ET, and will be televised live on CBS, marking a new chapter in the award show’s history with the network. This event will also be streamed on Paramount+ and the CBS app, with Paramount Global, the parent company of CBS, overseeing the broadcast.

After parting ways with NBC, the Golden Globes are making a fresh start on CBS. This transition comes as the awards show seeks to regain trust and rectify its image amid past controversies, including accusations of racism and ethical misconduct within the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA).

The HFPA has since been disbanded, and the Golden Globes have been acquired and are now produced by Dick Clark Productions. A diverse voting body of 300 members from 75 countries is responsible for selecting the nominees and winners.

The 2024 Golden Globes are also introducing two new award categories: cinematic and box office achievement in motion pictures, and best stand-up comedian on television. The eligibility period for this year’s awards considers works released from January 1 to December 31.

The nominations were announced by Cedric “The Entertainer” and Wilmer Valderrama, setting the stage for an exciting awards ceremony.

Below is the complete list of nominees for this year’s Golden Globes.
